2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When the site is accessed, the server automatically processes data (including IP address, date/time, requested content, browser/device information) that is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Domain & email forwarding

The domain, DNS, and email forwarding are handled via Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Technical connection data (including IP address) may be processed in this context. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, role/function, industry, and your message) is processed to respond to your enquiry. Submission is technically handled by the service Web3Forms (operated by a US-based entity), which forwards the form data to our inbox. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and/or (b)/(f) GDPR to process your enquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Transfers to third countries

The services mentioned above (Vercel, Cloudflare, Web3Forms) may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from this server (self-hosted). No connection is made to external font services (e.g. Google Fonts).

7. Cookies & tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, an email to the address above is sufficient.
